New owner

Hi everybody
I am now the proud owner of a 1991 Fairline Turbo 36.
Completed sea trial today on the Medway and love the boat and hope to get it back here (Norfolk) next week.

I will post a couple of pics. of the trip

Yes Murv its the "W"

Now in Loddon Norfolk and sorting a few problems.

Domestic water system was not working well at all so I have replaced pump with new higher pressure one with an accumulator and an expansion tank on the hot side.
Also new pressure relief valve.
Drained tank and filled with bleach solution and left for several hours and then drained and backflushed and refilled.
Now have much better water pressure and clean water.
There is no access into the water tank so I have ordered an inspection cover and will cut the tank and fit this when I get it.
Also will then be able to clean the tank properly.
Going to fit a dedicated drinking water tap in the galley with a filter.

All filters changed on both engines and oil changed.

New automatic fir extinguishers fitted in engine compartment.
Fitting water flow alarms to both engines

Fitting oil and temp. gauges to bridge panels

Over next winter will remove and clean all heat exchangers and replace all rubber hoses and impellers.

I love the boat and they handle very well.
