I've recently joined here as I have just purchased a weekender 21 and am renovating. Does anyone know if this boat has an electrical fuel pump on it ? . I'm having an issue where as the engine cuts out. Now I've replaced all the electrical components ie spark plugs, leads , coil, cap , rotor arm, condenser, points and cleaned out the fuel tank as it had a lot of gunk inside and replaced the fuel filter unit as it was full of hard crystals. I now know there is clean fuel and good spark but it still periodically cuts out but then starts immediately. Even if I keep the revs up she still tries to die but if if feather the throttle I can keep her running hence why I ask if there is a fuel pump. To me it seems like it's fuel starvation. Can anyone enlighten me please ?
