Targa 50 GT panoramic sliding windows problem

Hi there,
Are there any gurus out there that can shed any light on the exact cause of the “common problem” with the electric sliding windows in the saloon of a 2011 Targa 50 GT? Any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks
