I have just had a quick thought of someone who may potentially be able to help you with some of your questions.
I first came across superheat6k on the Sealine forum (when I owned one) he did post on here when he had a Turbo36 so you could look him up
http://www.striperswim.com and message him or go to his Ocean Belle site
https://turbo36.wordpress.com/ and try his email address. I have never spoke to him directly but from his posts he seems a good guy who will always help people if he can.

Dear All
So we have busy with the renovation project on the boat . We have started re-covering the aft cabin walls and its looking good. (Taking photos to post on here ). All the woodwork now is no longer a dark wood colour

its in a wood stain of smoked walnut , sounds horrible but basically its a neutral grey - and it looks smart.
We have re-wired the rear aft cabin lighting and taken out the light fittings choosing to stick with just two over the bed and possibly two reading lights . It was far too bright before. To recover the sides around the aft windows meant we had to make up a small frame to follow the edge of the window to hide any rough edges . Again ive taken pictures to post.
Are the turbo followers still out there ?

Here are a couple of pictures of the aft cabin side window surround , just as the new fabric has been applied. We've built a new frame to go round the window to keep it all neat and tide
Its not white anymore, more so a cream , and the units all round the boat have changed colour too
More pics to follow

Hello again
Ok so heres a bit of a close up of the colour change from the wood. I know that some will say keep it classic but what the hell once al the fabric has gone in , and carpets down it will look a shadow of its former self
