Re: Hi!!!

Hi Ian, unfortunately it's only the water tank under there, it's a big one, 500l or so and no access to the heads.

Good luck!

Re: Hi!!!

Hi, welcome to the forums and a great choice of boat!

There should be a hatch under the toilet to allow you to access the nuts, if not, you may need to fit one. Easy access to things was way down the list of fairline designer priorities!

Re: Hello to everybody

Mine is a Turbo 36, so the same hull and it sounds as if the sedan's are holding similar high values. Unfortunately I don't know the boat, may be worth asking on the YBW forum, there is usually somebody there that knows of most boats out there! https://forums.ybw.com/index.php?forums/motor-boat-foru...

Re: Hello to everybody

No problem at all! I don't think there is much in the way of notifications in all honesty. Best of luck with your search, it seems that prices have really jumped this year, the dealer who sold me mine nearly 5 years ago actually called me to ask if I wanted to sell as they're struggling to find dece...

Re: Turbo 36 Engine removal

Hi There....I too have just purchased a 1988 turbo 36 and two 30+ year old engines with 2500+ hours on each. Had the survey done which wasn't too bad. Having this work work done now (which the seller is sorting). However I'd like to do the same as yourself and have them both overhauled as I'm going...

Re: Turbo 36 Engine removal

I am contemplating removing both engines in my Turbo 36 over next winter so I can give both a really good going over and also do a lot of work in the engine bay. As all owners of these boats know the access to the engines is not good and getting to the out board side of both engines is not possible...

Re: Fairline Turbo 36 Fuel Tank Replacement

Apologies, I can't help with a recommendation but don't know if the following is of any help. As you're no doubt aware, the port tank is the worse side and the only way of removing it is to remove an engine, or remove the woodwork in the saloon to enable it to be lifted out. Neither option will be c...
